Giving Tuesday is a great movement that helps us slow down and focus on those who are less fortunate around the world, but through our support of Broadwell Christian Hospital, which Dr. Mina MacKenzie originally founded, the Mina Fund faithfully serves the poor of North India year round.

In addition, the Mina Fund supports community health initiatives through the Broadwell Christian Hospital in Fatehpur. Thanks to your generous support, in 2019 the Mina Fund exceeded our $5,000 infrastructure target to help Broadwell to build a life-saving orthopedic operating theatre and purchase cardiac monitors.

 

Margaret MacKenzie - Memorial Donations

With great sadness we announce the passing of Margaret MacKenzie on Sunday November 29, 2020. Margaret was the beloved wife of Dr. Mina MacKenzie's son Eric for 60 years, and mother of Dwayne and Donna.

Donna requests donations in Margaret's memory be sent to the Dr. Mina MacKenzie Memorial Trust Fund.

As of July 30, India has crossed the 1.5 million mark of COVID-19 cases, and they are currently adding 50,000 cases a day! 35,000 Indians have died.

The Mina Fund continues to help in any way we can—caring for people’s medical needs and looking out for the poor. The biggest need continues to be food for the families whose wage earners are out of work.
