Ann Louise Smith is a Lindsay, Ontario-based artist whose draws inspiration for some of her paintings from her grandparents Rev. Frederick and Mabel Anderson who worked in India during the late 19th century, and documents and letters from the time her uncle, Dr. Walter Anderson, who served as a missionary in India until 1976, and her own passion for Indian culture.
